Salvation

The worst thing to ever happen to someone is to spend the rest of their life in hell.  Hell is lake of fire, characterized by torture and pain. Believing and accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior is the only route heaven and escape from hell.

In John 14:6, Jesus explained, "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me".

Without salvation you would miss heaven. Becoming a Christian through salvation lets you live a more peaceful life on earth and gives you eternal life in heaven. Salvation means the act of saving from harm. “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Salvation is a necessity for making it to heaven. Salvation also involves repenting from sin and your old nature. Salvation is also the most important gift you will ever receive.

There is only one way to Heaven. Jesus said in John 14:6 "I (Jesus) am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father (God) but by me.” Accepting Jesus and repenting from sin is the only way to heaven. God says in Luke 13:5 that; "I tell you, no, but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish." Your joy or your sorrow for all eternity depends upon your answer on salvation.

Please! Let God save you this very moment. Please confess the salvation prayer now. Your soul is worth more than the entire world. Adam and Eve sinned against God, this separated man from God since God is holy. God's holiness required punishment and payment (atonement) for sin. For the wages [payment] of sin is death” (Romans 6:23). Because you are a sinner, you are condemned to death. “This includes eternal separation from God in Hell. Without the shedding of blood there is no remission or pardon of sin” (Hebrews 9:22). Jesus had to shed His blood and die on earth to reconcile us to Christ. Only a perfect, spotless sacrifice can pay for our sin. Jesus offered Himself as that spotless sacrifice to atone for sin. Jesus paid the penalty for our sin and bridged the gap between God and His people. Jesus did this Because He desires an intimate relationship with us. We can only be saved when we accept Jesus into our lives and believe in Him. “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.

If you have received Jesus Christ as your Saviour, as a Christian you should; obey Him and endeavor to remain pure and blameless. Read your Bible every day and talking to God frequently through prayer. Be baptized and fellowship with other Christians in a church where Christ and the Bible is the final authority. (Matthew 28:19), (Hebrews 10:25). Witness about God.

THE SALVATION PRAYER; "Oh God, I am a sinner. I believe in Jesus Christ and that He died for my sin. I am willing to turn from sin. I now invite Christ to come into my heart and life as my personal Saviour. Amen"
